What forms of payment does RemDawg.com accept?

We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 

Is the sales tax charged?

RemDawg.com  charges a 6.25% sales tax to customers who purchase from the state of Massachusetts (United States). All customers outside of Massachusetts are not charged sales tax.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most are orders shipped via USPS with seven days.  In-transit time will vary depending on the ship-to address.

Are prices shown in my local currency?

All products on RemDawg2.com are priced in US Dollars ($ USD). 

Where is my order?

Order processing time may take a few hours or several days, depending on the complexity of the order.   The weather or missed delivery attempts can often be a factor in delayed shipments. 

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be canceled if the payment has not yet been received.  Once payment has been received the order cannot be canceled.

Are the products you sell new and unused?

All of our items are 100% brand new.

What is your return policy?

Visit Returns on the homepage footer menu. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! RemDawg2.com offers free shipping on all orders...all the time!  There are no minimums.

Do you ship internationally?

No

My first transactions were declined. Why are there multiple charges showing on my credit card account?

What you are seeing are temporary authorizations from your bank for the declined order.  Your financial institution should correct these within a few days.

I received an item as a gift and it’s not to my liking. Can I exchange it?

Yes, you can exchange brand-new, unused items purchased from RemDawg2.com in their original packing for store credit within the 30-day return period. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on gifts. To begin the return process, please email Support@RemDawg2.com the following information so we can confirm the item was purchased from RemDawg2.com:

  • Original order number

  • Purchaser’s email address (if available)

  • Name of the purchaser

Once we verify the order, we’ll email you the Return Instructions. 

I entered the wrong shipping address. How do I update this?

You must contact us within 15 minutes of placing your order to update this info by emailing Support@RemDawg2.com. Please include your name, order number, and the correct address for faster processing. We are not responsible for orders placed and shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
